Set to centre with a drop shape old cut natural unenhanced yellow Ceylon sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 4.60 carats, encircled by a single row of twelve round brilliant cut diamonds in open back claw and grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.30 carats, further set with two round brilliant cut diamonds in open back grain settings with an combined weight of 0.15 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.45 carats, to an elegant drop shape cluster design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy open backholing, fitted to top with a tapering bale and accompanied by a fine trace chain, pendant approximately 2.5cm, chain approximately 16 inches.
