Vintage diamond cluster cocktail ring. Centrally set with one round old cut diamond, tinted colour, VVS2 clarity, with a weight of 1.41 carats, in an open back claw setting, further encircled by twelve round brilliant cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 1.40 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.81 carats, to a geometric cluster design with an openwork structured gallery, polished edges and fancy backholing, featuring intricate split wirework shoulders which lead onto a solid ridged shank. Tested 18 carat white gold, circa 1970, accompanied with a HRD Antwerp report #180000150062.
