Set with a single round old cut diamond, K colour, VS2 clarity, in an open back claw setting, with a weight of 0.90 carats, to a classic solitaire design featuring polished edges, curving claws, an intricately pierced openwork gallery and round open backholing, leading to grooved shoulders with ribbing details, flowing to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, circa 1900, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #5234160180.
