Victorian diamond snake ring. Set with three graduating cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.40 carats, to a yellow gold ring in the form of a coiled serpent with engraved eye details and circular open back holing, the conforming shoulders flow through to a solid ridged shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, full hallmarks for London, English, circa 1890.
