How to use the website:

Making A Purchase

By purchasing a product on our website, you agree to enter into a sales contract which is governed by these terms and conditions. We do not file the sales contract however the same will be accessible to you in the form of our website terms and conditions. Where we update our website terms and condition, you can contact us to request a previous version which relates to your sale. You are able to effect a sales contract by selecting the ‘jewellery’ tab on our site, selecting your desired product, adding the same to the basket and accessing your basket by selecting the shopping basket icon on the top left right hand corner of the website to proceed to payment.

The price you pay is displayed on the website at the time we receive your order, however, while we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to offer you the item at the correct price, or cancelling the order and sending you a full refund. Furthermore we reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone, without explanation.

It is to be noted that we are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the sales contract/description and undertake to uphold this legal duty.

Shipping And Handling

All items bought through our website are delivered worldwide free of charge and fully insured. For purchases within the UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery and for international purchases we use Fedex, Ferrari LTD and Malca Amit with full insurance included while in transit. Prices quoted are inclusive of taxes. Please note that local taxes and duties in your country of residence, should the same be outside of the United Kingdom, may apply. We undertake to deliver jewellery that is purchased on our site within 1-2 working days within the UK, 3-5 working days within Europe and 5-7 working days worldwide. If you require a faster delivery service we do have other options available on request.


Sales are predominantly made under the Margin Scheme and therefore tax and duty exempt in Europe.


To enable you to see and examine any item we operate a 'no quibble' 14-day full money back guarantee on all online purchases. This uphold your right as a consumer to cancel a distance sale contract at any time within 14 days without giving any reason, and without incurring any liability except for the costs of returning the goods. Where you purchase a single product, the 14-day cancellation period ends at the end of 14 days after the day on which the goods come into your possession or the possession of a third party who you have nominated to take possession of the goods. Where you purchase multiple goods in one order and some are delivered on different days, the cancellation period ends at the end of 14 days after the day on which the last of the goods come into your possession or the possession of a third party who you have nominated to take possession of the goods. This naturally assumes the item(s) are returned in the same condition we sent it in with security tag in place.  We will not reimburse any item purchased from us until it is received by us in the same condition that we sold it in. To exercise your right to cancel, you can either contact us on info@berganza.com or click here to complete the cancellation form which should be forwarded to us. Please note that should you cancel the sales contract due to the goods being of unsatisfactory quality, not fit for the particular or not be as described, we will reimburse the costs of returning the goods to us.

Our sales contract includes a term set by consumer protection legislation that (1) the quality of our goods are satisfactory, (2) if before the contract is made, you expressly or impliedly make us know any particular purpose for which you are purchasing the goods, that the goods are reasonably fit for that purpose, whether or not that is a purpose for which goods of that kind are usually supplied and (3) that the goods will match the description. Should we breach any of the aforementioned terms relating to quality, fitness for purpose (if applicable) and/or description, you have the right to reject the goods, cancel the sales contract and return the goods to us at our expense. It is to be noted that the right to reject the goods applies for 30 days beginning with the first day after these have all happened: (1) ownership or possession of the goods has been transferred to you and (2) the goods have been delivered. Please note that as a consumer you have the right to request that we replace or repair goods that breach the aforementioned terms relating to quality, fitness for purpose (if applicable) and/or description. Should we not repair or replace the goods (for example, because repairing or replacing the goods is impossible or disproportionate, or don’t do so within a reasonable time and with significant inconvenience to you, or after one repair or one replacement, the goods do not conform to the sales contract, you have the right to a price reduction or the right to reject the goods. Should you reject the goods in such circumstances, we will bear the delivery costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us.

Each year we invite you for a free clean & check service to ensure that the piece remains in good condition and the settings are secure.
