Ruby and diamond three stone ring. Set with a cushion shaped old cut natural unenhanced ruby in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.45 carats, flanked by two cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.65 carats, to a three stone design with an intricately pierced gallery, fancy open backholing and inwardly tapering shoulders with chenier details leading to a D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold and tested platinum, circa 1910.
