Set to centre with a cushion shape old cutnatural unenhanced Royal Blue Burmese sapphire in an open backclaw setting with an approximate weight of 1.59 carats, flanked by two cushion shape old minediamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.60 carats, to an elegant three stone design featuring curving claws, an open gallery and fancy open backholing, the trumpeting shoulders with ridged detail flow through to a solid D-shapeshank.
