Set to centre with a cushion shape old cut natural unenhanced purple Madagascan sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 3.80 carats, flanked by two rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.32 carats, to an elegant flanked solitaire design featuring corner claws with grooved detail, a pierced gallery and open backholing, leading to raised shoulders and flowing through to a solid shank.
