Set to centre with a cushion shape mixed cut natural unenhanced Padparadscha sapphire in an open backclaw setting with a weight of 2.77 carats, flanked by two cushion shape old minediamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.80 carats, to a graduating three stone design featuring split claws, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy shape open backholing, leading to inwardly tapering raised shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shapeshank.
