Edwardian old mine diamond pendant. Set with a cushion shape old mine diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 1.20 carats, suspended from one round old cut diamond in an open back rubover setting with a weight of 0.02 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.22 carats, to an elegant articulated drop pendant, featuring curving claws, pierced linear gallery and fancy open backholing, accompanied by a fine trace link chain with a secure sprung c-clasp closure, pendant approximately 1.90 cm in length, chain approximately 16.5" in length. Pendant tested 18 carat yellow gold, chain marked platinum, circa 1910.
