Set with two cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.00 carats, suspended from two graduating rows of five cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back grain settings, ten in total with a combined weight of 0.30 carats, further set with three round mixed old cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.09 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.39 carats, to an elegant negligée necklace flowing with movement featuring polished edges, intricately pierced galleries and fancy open backholing, fitted to top with a fine oval link chain with a secure C-clasp, pendant approximately 3.7cm in length and chain approximately 16" in length. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, indistinct makers mark, French, circa 1900.
