Set with a round old cut diamond, N colour, SI1 clarity, with a weight of 4.84 carats, in an open back claw setting, to an elegant solitaire design featuring split curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery with geometric heart motifs, and circular open backholing, leading to raised openwork shoulders and flowing smoothly through to a solid D-shape shank.
