Set to centre with a round old cut diamond in a open back rubover setting with an approximately weight of 0.80 carats, to an elegant solitaire design featuring millegrain details, a linear pierced gallery, and open backholing, leading to smoothly conforming shoulders and flowing through to a reversed knife edge shank. Marked 14 carat white gold, indistinct maker's mark, circa 1920.
