Centrally set with a cushion shape old cutnatural unenhanced Royal Blue Burmese sapphire in an open backclaw setting with an approximate weight of 7.23 carats, flanked by two outward pointed kite shape step cutdiamonds in open back claw settings with an approximate combined weight of 2.00 carats, to an elegant tapered flanked solitaire design with fluted double claws, an openwork gallery and intricate pierced backholing, flanked by inward tapered shoulders leading to a solid D-shapeshank.
