Centrally set with an oval old cutnatural unenhanced Royal Blue Burmese sapphire in an open backclaw setting with an approximate weight of 3.75 carats, flanked by two arrow shape tapered baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.60 carats, to an impressive flanked solitaire design featuring curving claws, a pierced linear gallery and fancy open backholing, tapering inward at the shoulders and flowing down to a solid D-shapeshank.
