Centrally set with a round natural saltwater pearl, approximately 6.0 - 6.1 x 5.5mm in diameter, in an open back setting, framed by a single row of twelve rectangular step cut natural unenhanced rubies in open back rubover settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.25 carats, further set with eight round mixed old cutdiamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.12 carats, to an elegant square openwork cluster featuring millegrain decoration, a finely pierced scrolling gallery and fancy shape open backholing, leading to smoothly conforming shoulders and flowing through to a grooved D-shapeshank. Tested yellow gold and platinum, marked 'AO', numbered '1513', English, circa 1910, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5777-9185.
