Set with two oval natural saltwater pearls in open back half-drilled settings, one approximately 6.6 x 5.8 x 4.9mm, the other 6.7 x 5.7 x 5.1mm, surrounded by twenty six round mixed old cutdiamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.70 carats, to an elegant double heart design featuring polished edges, a solid gallery and open backholing, leading to smooth shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shapeshank.
