Set to centre with one round transitional cut diamond in an open backclaw setting with an approximate weight of 0.80 carats, flanked by a cluster of forty round old cutnatural unenhanced sapphires in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 6.00 carats, further flanked by twelve round transitional cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 1.80 carats, alternated by twelve rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back half rubover settings with a combined weight of 1.20 carats. The total combined diamond weight is 3.8 carats, to a impressive bombé cocktail design featuring polished edges, a structural gallery with chenier detailing and open backholing, leading to ridged trumpeting shoulders and flowing through to a solid grooved shank.
