Set with a round old cut diamond to centre in a closed back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 3.00 carats, encircled by a single row of fourteen round brilliant cut diamonds in open back grain settings and flanked by two brilliant cut diamonds in open back rubover settings, sixteen in total with a combined weight of 1.00 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 4.00 carats, to a flora-form cluster design featuring an elegant mother of pearl bezel polished liner lines and smoothly flowing down to the shoulders, and with yellow gold framework extending through the diagonals of the piece, conforming to the finger with a solid shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, signed 'Fred' with maker's mark, French, circa 1970.
