Vintage fancy colour diamondcluster ring. Set to centre with a round old cutnatural unenhanced fancy deep yellow brown diamond, SI2 clarity, in an open backclaw setting with an approximate weight of 3.02 carats, flanked by eight rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back channel settings with a combined weight of 0.50 carats, further set with six round brilliant cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.60 carats, further adorned by two scrolling rows of round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings, eight in total with a combined weight of 0.24 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 4.36 carats, to a striking floral cluster design featuring curving claws, a petal motif openwork gallery and fancy shaped open backholing, flanked by elegant looped split shoulders, tapering down to a solid ridged shank. Marked 18 carat white gold, marked 'CB', circa 1950, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5775-939.
