Edwardian fancy yellow diamond three stone ring. Set to centre with a round old cut natural unenhanced fancy yellow diamond, VS2 clarity, with a weight of 1.04 carats, in an open back claw setting, flanked by two round old cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 1.55 carats, further decorated with four round old cut diamonds in closed back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.08 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.67 carats, to an ornate three stone design featuring curving stylised claws, an intricately decorated gallery with scrolling motifs and open and closed backholing, leading to carved shoulders with foliate detailing and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank.
