Set to centre with an octagonal emerald-cutnatural Colombian emerald with no/insignificant indications of clarity enhancement in an open backrubover setting with an approximate weight of 3.20 carats, flanked by eight round brilliant cutdiamonds in open back rubover and grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.35 carats, to an impressive flanked solitaire design featuring polished edges and raised borders to top and bottom, a linear pierced gallery and fancy shape open backholing, leading to broad integrated shoulders and flowing through to a solid ridged shank. Tested yellow gold, circa 1970, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5782-2651.
