Set to centre with a round old cut diamond, D colour, VS1 clarity, with a weight of 3.27 carats in an open backclaw setting, flanked by two horizontal rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.60 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 3.87 carats, to an impressive solitaire design featuring curving claws, a structural openwork gallery and geometric open backholing, flanked by trumpeting shoulders which flow through to a solid tapering flat shank. Testedplatinum, signed 'Cartier Paris', numbered '6248', French, circa 1950, accompanied by GIA report #6224797950.
