Bulgari Burmese ruby and diamond ring. A natural unenhanced oval old cut Burmese ruby is set horizontally to centre in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 2.80 carats, flanked to the corners by four rows of round brilliant cut diamonds of varying sizes flowing down the shoulders, twenty in total with an approximate combined weight of 1.00 carats in open back grain settings, to a yellow gold conforming frame with intricate backholing and a smooth openwork bezel, flanked by heavy shoulders tapering down to a solid flat shaped shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, signed 'BVLGARI', 'm 2.89', Italian, circa 1970, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5774-351, accompanied by fitted box.
