Boucheron gold and sapphire cufflinks. A matching pair of cufflinks, each set to centre front and back with a round cabochon natural sapphire in a closed back rubover setting, four in total with a combined approximate weight of 0.36 carats, to an elegant openwork circular design, joined together by an 'X' shape intersected by two gold bars, fitted to reverse with a secure hinged fitting, approximately 2cm in length. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, signed 'Boucheron', maker's mark for Boucheron, stamped 'OR', numbered '34467', French, circa 1970, accompanied by a Boucheron fitted box.
