Set to centre with an octagonal step cutnatural unenhanced sapphire ring in an open backrubover setting with an approximate weight of 3.15 carats, decorated by four round mixed old cutdiamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate weight of 0.20 carats, and further set with eight round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.40 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.60 carats, to a rectangular cluster design featuring millegrain details, an ornately pierced gallery and fancy shape open backholing, leading to raised shoulders with chenier detail that flow through to a solid D-shapeshank.
