Centrally set with an oval scissor cutnatural aquamarine in an open backclaw setting with an approximate weight of 7.60 carats, further set on either side with twenty round eight cutdiamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.20 carats, to an impressive cluster featuring split curving claws, intricate openwork geometric clusters, millegrain borders throughout, ornately scrolling open gallery supported by chenier decoration and shaped open backholing, the integrated shoulders flow down to a solid D-shapeshank.
