Aquamarine and diamond cluster ring. Set to centre with an oval old cut natural aquamarine in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 1.75 carats, further set with six round rose cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.06 carats, to an ornate openwork design featuring millegrain edging, a decoratively pierced gallery and fancy shape open backholing, leading to solid shoulders and flowing through to a smooth D-shape shank. Tested platinum, indistinct marking to interior, circa 1920.
