A matching pair, each set to centre with a cushion shape old mine diamond in an open back claw setting, two in total with an approximate combined weight of 1.00 carats, each surrounded by ten cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back claw and grain settings, twenty in total with a combined weight of 1.00 carats, set to top with a cushion shape old mine diamond in an open back claw setting, two in total with a combined weight of 0.90 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.90 carats, to an elegant articulated coronet cluster design flowing with movement, featuring curving claws, intricately pierced galleries and fancy open backholing, fitted to reverse with a secure post and butterfly. Tested yellow gold and platinum, butterflies tested yellow gold, circa 1900.
